Account types and service scope — Pilot Programme
Effective from 2026-10-02 · Version 1.0
This is an informational translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
1. Account types
- Client Account (Organisation Administrator) — created by a person acting on behalf of the Client, using the access code from the Invitation. Creating it establishes the Client’s workspace and concludes the Agreement and the Data Processing Agreement (Terms § 4, § 5(2)(a)). The Organisation Administrator invites users and assigns their roles.
- Workspace User Account — created at the Client’s invitation: producer, production manager, Show Director, crew lead. The scope of permissions is granted by the Client (Terms § 5(2)(b) and (9)).
- Access without an account — crew link, wallboard address and calendar feed (Terms § 6).
2. Workspace types
The Client chooses the workspace type at registration and can change it in Workspace settings. During the Pilot Programme all types are free of charge (Terms § 9).
